We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicles are operating efficiently, and delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Duties

• •Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
• •Inspect vehicles for any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.
• •Assist with tire service, including rotation, balancing, and installation.
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.
• •Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
• •Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of services.
• •Document all services performed on vehicles accurately in the system.

Skills

• •Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• •Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks.
• •Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• •Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices.
• •Familiarity with tire service techniques and equipment is beneficial.
• •Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues effectively.
• •Sales skills to promote additional services or products when appropriate.
• •Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.

Requirements

• •Must be at least 18 years of age
• •Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• •Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• •Authorized to work in the United States
