Für unseren Kunden Airbus Aerostructures GmbH suchen wir am Standort Augsburg einen Luftfahrtschweißer (m/w/d). In dieser Position übernehmen Sie anspruchsvolle Schweißarbeiten an Komponenten und Baugruppen für die Luftfahrtfertigung und tragen maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Vorbereitung von Bauteilen für den Schweißprozess
  • das Heften und Schweißen von Rohr- und Schweißbaugruppen
  • die Durchführung von WIG-Schweißarbeiten gemäß Arbeitsplan
  • die Herstellung hochwertiger Schweißnähte an komplexen Bauteilen
  • die Bedienung von Schweißmaschinen, Drehautomaten und weiteren Fertigungsmitteln
  • die Ausführung von Schlossertätigkeiten wie Richten und Beschleifen
  • die Bedienung von Widerstands- und Elektronenstrahlschweißanlagen
  • die Durchführung visueller Qualitätskontrollen

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Metallbauer (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d) Schweißer (m/w/d) oder Vergleichbares
  • Erfahrung im WIG-Schweißen, insbesondere an dünnwandigen Materialien
  • Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Abläufe im Bereich Schweißen
  • Kenntnisse schweißtechnischer Prozesse und Abläufe
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
