ÜBERBLICK

Ein japanisches Unternehmen in der internationalen Logistikbranche sucht nach einem Import- und Exportkoordinator (m/f/d) für Luftfracht, der dem Team für Luftfracht am Standort in Frankfurt am Main (Cargo City Süd) dazustoßen wird.

AUFGABEN

  • Bearbeitung von Import- und Exportaufträgen, einschließlich Zollabwicklung
  • Vorbereitung von Import-, Export- und Lieferunterlagen (z.B. Exportdokumente, Lieferhinweise)
  • Überwachung von Lieferungen, einschließlich Kontrolle von Zustellungen und Sendungsverfolgung durch die Fluggesellschaft
  • Koordinierung von Lieferplänen und -terminen
  • Ausstellen von Rechnungen an Kunden und Auftragnehmer bundesweit und international
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -abgleich
  • Abwicklung von Akkreditivgeschäften
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Auftragnehmern und Standorten weltweit
  • Verwaltung von Kundenbeschwerden, Reklamationen und Schadensfällen
  • Abwicklung der Lieferung von gefährlichen Gütern und Vorbereitung der ADR-Unterlagen
  • Telefonischer Kundensupport, einschließlich der Abstimmung von Tarifen und Terminen

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt auf Logistik und Speditionswesen
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Luftfrachtimport und/oder -export
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über Prozesse und Dokumentierung in der Zollabwicklung
  • Gründliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Blick für Detail
  • Service-orientiertes Mindset kombiniert mit Eigenmotivation und Verlässlichkeit
  • Organisiertes und effektives Arbeiten im Team
  • Fließende Deutsche- und Englischkenntnisse, schriftlich als auch mündlich
