Seit über 20 Jahren beraten wir unsere medizinischen Kunden, Bewerber und Mitarbeiter fachkompetent und professionell. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, unsere Mitarbeiter fachspezifisch so zu disponieren, dass Sie Ihr Wissen aber auch ihre Persönlichkeit entwickeln können.

Der Bruttoverdienst in Vollzeit liegt bei berufserfahrenen Fachkräften bis € 5.000.-

Aufgrund Exklusivaufträge verschiedener Münchner Kliniken suchen wir berufserfahrene OTA's, und MFA's mit OP-/ANÄ-Erfahrung. Gerne auch Kandidaten, die motiviert sind, was Neues zu lernen.

Die vakanten Positionen sind in Voll- und Teilzeit (aber mit vollen Schichten) zu besetzen.

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aus-/Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im OP
  • fachliches know-how
  • Berufserfahrung als Instrumentierende und als Springer
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer
  • Sie haben Motivation, Ihr Wissen zu erweitern
  • eine soziale und dienstleistungsorientierte Grundhaltung und Arbeitsweise

Ihr Tätigkeitsprofil:

  • Vorbereitung, Assistenz und Nachsorge bei operativen und anästhes. Eingriffen
  • Instrumentation bei verschiedensten orthopädischen Eingriffen
  • Springertätigkeiten einschl. Röntgen
  • Überwachung der Patienten
  • sorgfältige Dokumentation
  • Beachten der Klinik-Standards
  • Teilnahme an Rufdiensten (evtl.)
