## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von IT-Support für unsere Kunden – remote, telefonisch sowie vor Ort
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von IT-Projekten in unterschiedlichen Umgebungen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software
  • Durchführung von Imaging, Rollouts und Migrationen
  • Sicherstellung einer betriebsbereiten Übergabe neuer Systeme
  • Wartung, Pflege und Störungsbehebung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Unterstützung bei Themen der IT-Sicherheit (z. B. Patchmanagement, Backup, Antivirus, Benutzerrechte)
  • Betreuung des digitalen Arbeitsplatzes (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Smartphones, Teams-Telefonie und Peripheriegeräte)
  • Einhaltung vereinbarter Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ansprechpartner für Anwender bei technischen Fragen und Problemen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Betreuung von Endanwendern
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365, Server und Netzwerktechnik
  • Grundverständnis für IT-Sicherheitskonzepte
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
