Deine Aufgaben

  • Detaillierte Analysen von finanziellen und operativen Daten für M&A-Projekte
  • Entwicklung und Pflege komplexer Finanzmodelle eteiligung an allen Projektphasen

Dein Profil

  • -
  • Erforschung von Markttrends zur Identifikation von Chancen
  • Begleitung des gesamten M&A-Prozesses , von der Akquise bis zum Abschluss
  • Enger Austausch mit erfahrenen Partnern und aktive B
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung komplexer Finanzdaten
  • Expertenkenntnisse in Finanzmodellierung und Investmentanalyse
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Due Diligence Materialien
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auch in Englisch für Führungspersonen
  • Versierter Umgang mit Excel, Powerpoint und idealerweise künstlicher Intelligenz zur Datenanalyse
  • Abschluss in BWL, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Feld; ein Master oder MBA ist vorteilhaft
  • Erfahrung in M&A, Healthcare oder Biotechnologie ist willkommen
