Is the platform (and associated underlying infrastructure) robust and what are the implications in terms of uptime , availability and cost to serve ?

Do the roadmap initiatives align with and support the business plan?

What is the competitive ‘moat’ when it comes to both features and functionality vs peers and the poten tial that others (such as AI) can address the same market at lower cost?
