About the Role:

• •Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV services.
• •Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.
• •Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, consultants, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• •Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• •Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion, including preparing quotations/POs, resolving technical issues promptly, and carrying out other duties assigned by management.

About You:

• •Minimum 10 years’ experience in air-conditioning installation or relevant ACMV projects.
• •Diploma/Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• •Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• •Able to handle schematics, as-built drawings, O&M and T&C documentation; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project/PMOK is an advantage.
• •Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills, with strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
