Job Description:

Job Summary**

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of machinery and production areas within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

• * Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, sweepers, and power washers.
• * Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, walls, and machinery.
• * Clean and sanitize production equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• * Remove debris, waste, and spills from production areas.
• * Empty and clean waste receptacles.
• * Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• * Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• * Assist with other general labor tasks as required.

Job Qualifications**

• * High school diploma or equivalent.
• * Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role preferred.
• * Ability to operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
• * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• * Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• * Good communication skills.
• * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
