Machine Learning Engineer (m/w/d) – Hamburg

Decisity is an AI-native strategy consulting platform from Hamburg that turns briefs and documents into board-ready strategy decks. Every number and recommendation in a Decisity deck links to its source. You build the AI pipelines that read client documents, structure the problem and keep that traceability intact.

• What you'll do
• •Build and improve LLM pipelines for document understanding, structuring and synthesis
• •Develop retrieval and citation logic so every claim links back to its source
• •Set up evaluations for output quality and source accuracy
• •Work on OCR and multi-language document processing
• •Ship models and prompts to production together with the engineering team

• What you bring
• •3+ years in machine learning or applied AI engineering
• •Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval and evaluation in production
• •Strong Python
• •Experience with document processing or NLP is a plus
• •Fluent English; German is a plus
