- Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- (Flexible start/end times possible; overtime as required)
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including turret and bending machines
- Inspect parts using measuring tools and fixtures
- Monitor production and adjust machine settings to maintain quality
- Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
- Rotate and support different areas of the shop as needed
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred — but entry-level candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply (training provided!)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Ability to work in multiple shop areas
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and movement throughout shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot and cold shop conditions
