Machine Operator - 3rd Shift - Reddi Wip/ Tablespreads Plant

Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.67 an hour + $$0.30 shift differential

Conagra Brands in Indianapolis is looking to add a Machine Operator to our production team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country.

You will work onsite at our Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd Street and report to the Production Team Lead. In this role, you will safely operate equipment to produce quality products, clean equipment, and perform other tasks that support our packaging and processing areas.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• •Safely operate plant machinery and perform preventative and corrective maintenance to help exceed planned performance measures.
• •Perform quality checks according to established procedures.
• •Partner with the Line Lead to identify cross-training opportunities.
• •Follow all training documents for your assigned line.
• •Participate in equipment and production-area cleaning processes.
• •Communicate with the Line Lead and Maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are addressed promptly.
• •Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) requirements.
• •Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Ingredients Required for Success

• •Desire to work in a food manufacturing environment.
• •Availability to work overtime, typically up to 4 hours before or after a scheduled shift.
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
