Essential Functions:

• •Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to manufacture precision components.
• •Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• •Determine machining sequences, tooling requirements, machine setups, feeds, speeds, and cutting operations.
• •Operate CNC and conventional machine tools while maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• •Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished components and verify compliance with engineering specifications.
• •Perform routine machine adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure efficient equipment operation.
• •Monitor production processes and complete quality inspections in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• •Maintain accurate production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Support production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and workmanship standards.

Requirements

• •High School Diploma or GED required.
• •Prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment; manufacturing experience preferred.
• •Experience operating CNC or conventional machining equipment.
• •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• •Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• •Technical certifications in machine operation, CNC machining, or manufacturing are preferred.
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• •Must be eligible to work in the United States.
