Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

• •Clean and maintain a safe work environment
• •Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards
• •Meet quality expectations for all output produced
• •Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, and bending
• •Attention to detail is a must
• •Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• •Additional duties and/or projects may be assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• •Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time
• •Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• •Able to follow all safety procedures

Education and Experience:

• •Previous experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job
• •Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
• •Forklift & Crane experience a plus
• •Must be proficient in reading a tape measure, angle finder, and/or micrometers
• •Must understand decimal points
• •10 key is experience is a plus
• •Must have some kind of machine operating experience
• •Must meet ASTM F2413-18 standards
• •Must be full-leather (no fabric)
• •Must have a built-in Metatarsal Guard (MT)
