You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

The Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – E-Coat is responsible for PM’s, daily cleaning, and general maintenance of the paint equipment.

• •Troubleshoot paint equipment
• •Repair and replace worn and broken components
• •Troubleshoot all air pumps and regulators
• •Make adjustments to equipment to maximize output
• •Be responsible for titrations and to make adjustments accordingly
• •Record pressure differences on gauges
• •Visually inspect gauges and other equipment
• •Change any filters that need it
• •Monitor all chains for excessive build up and clean/replace as needed
• •Operate all equipment within the cell
• •Monitor the lines and assure that each line is operating at 100%
• •Perform other duties as assigned
• •Maintain a steady work pace
• •Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• •Practice 5Ss

What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• •Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer
