What You Will Do

• •Operate and troubleshoot production equipment
• •Monitor machine settings, materials, and product quality
• •Perform machine changeovers and adjustments
• •Use hand tools to support production operations
• •Assist with basic equipment maintenance
• •Record production and quality data
• •Follow all safety procedures

What We Look For

• •2+ years of previous machine operating experience required
• •Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
• •Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• •Ability to learn and follow production formulas and processes
• •Basic computer and math skills
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

The Geneva, IL plant has been operating since 1960 and employs more than 265 people. As a Dry Application Facility , we manufacture batteries for the automotive and marine industries. We operate six days per week and are proud to support our community through organizations like The Salvation Army.
