Meine Aufgaben als MAG-Schweißer:

  • Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen und Schweißanweisungen
  • Auswahl der geeigneten Zusatzwerkstoffe (Draht, Elektroden) und Schutzgase
  • Vorbereitung der Werkstücke (z. B. Säubern, Schleifen, Anreißen oder Positionieren)
  • Prüfung und Einrichtung der Schweißgeräte sowie Überprüfung der Schweißparameter (z. B. Strom, Gasmenge)
  • Prüfung der Schweißverbindungen auf Qualität, Stabilität und Dichtigkeit (visuell oder durch spezielle Prüfverfahren)
  • Nachbearbeiten von Schweißnähten, z. B. durch Schleifen, um eine glatte Oberfläche zu erzeugen

Mein Profil als MAG-Schweißer:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. als Metallbauer, Schweißer, Anlagenmechaniker o.ä.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Metallaktivgasschweißen (MAG) und den dafür notwendigen Materialien, Schutzgasen und Geräten
  • Arbeiten unter körperlicher Belastung – auch bei Hitze, Staub oder Lärm
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen in der Produktion oder Montage
