Aufgaben

  • MAG-Schweißen von Stahlbauteilen und Befestigungselementen für Hydraulikzylinder
  • Vorbereitung der Bauteile und Schweißnähte für den Fertigungsprozess
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Schweißvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen und zuverlässigen Schweißqualität
  • Prüfung der gefertigten Schweißverbindungen auf Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität

Anforderungen

  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung im MAG-Schweißen von Stahl
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Schweißvorgaben
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung, idealerweise im Stahl- oder Landmaschinenbau
  • Ein gültiger Schweißschein ist nicht erforderlich
  • Praktisches Können und Schweißqualität werden im Rahmen eines Probearbeitstags mit Probeschweißung geprüft
