Where You Make An Impact:
- Lead Development Projects : Take charge of projects aimed at improving the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, vendors, and IT teams to drive projects and improvements across our organization.
- Full-Stack Development : Develop and integrate across our technical stack, including Web, ERP, PIM, and other technical platforms.
- Maintain & Support : Provide ongoing support and upgrade existing infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Innovative Solutions : Introduce and suggest new technologies or ideas to drive business needs and enhance the functionality of our systems.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce website development, preferably with Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 .
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Java , JavaScript , HTML , PHP , SQL , and/or CSS .
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub .
- 1+ years of experience with public-facing retail website development and support .
- Proven experience with e-commerce packages like Magento, Adobe Commerce APIs
- Plus: Experience with. Adobe Commerce B2B Module , NGINX , Fastly , Agility , Pentaho , Redback , Splunk , Sumo Logic , Google Analytics , and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Familiarity with website monitoring tools and ensuring websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and security.
- Plus: SEO best practices knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and work within a team environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce and supporting business operations that sell products.
- High attention to detail and a results-driven approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
