Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is hosting a Hiring Event / Job Fair!!

we are looking for experienced HVAC and Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team!

Now Offering Sign-On Bonuses of Up to $10,000 for Licensed Technicians and $3,000 for Unlicensed Technicians!

Event Information:

  • Date: November 18, 2026
  • Time: 2pm-7pm
  • Location: 13400 Mid-Atlantic Blvd, Laurel, MD 20708

Commercial HVAC Technicians

Residential HVAC Technician

Commercial Plumbers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing (licensed and unlicensed candidates encouraged to apply)
  • EPA/CFC Certification required for HVAC positions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
  • Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and materials
  • Willingness to work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor job sites)
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
