Job Summary:

Assists General Maintenance Repairmen with projects and cleans up job sites.

Job Duties:

• •Assists repairmen by delivering tools and materials to the job site, cleaning up job sites and returning tools and materials to the proper storage areas.
• •Assists with removing built-in fixtures and tearing down walls.
• •Collects and sorts recycling and shredding.
• •Assists with painting projects.
• •Provides limited electrical services such as changing light bulbs, etc.
• •Provides limited HVCA services such as changing filters, etc.
• •Maintains accurate daily records of time and materials.
• •Maintains all tools and equipment in a safe and operable condition.
• •Reports problems to the supervisor.
• •Assists other trade areas for seasonal requirements as needed.
• •Provides assistance with Security as needed.
• •Sweeps sidewalks to main entrance as needed.

Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
