- Enter guest areas with discretion, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy
- Communicate clearly and courteously when interacting with guests, demonstrating calm confidence and ownership
- Anticipate maintenance needs by identifying early signs of wear, damage, or guest inconvenience
- Protect the aesthetic integrity of the resort by completing repairs that meet appearance and craftsmanship standards
Shift & Team Support
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with team leads
- Keep work areas, tools, carts, and storage spaces clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Provide backup coverage for other shifts or urgent situations
- Uphold a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements

- A door that closes perfectly and quietly every time
- Lighting that is consistent in brightness and color temperature
- No visible patchwork, exposed hardware, or unfinished repairs
- HVAC operating at comfortable levels without noise disruption
- Fixtures aligned, tightened, and fully functional
- Guest rooms and residences free from maintenance odors, marks, or visual defects
- Work completed cleanly with the space left better than it was found
