Maintenance / Housekeeping II - Sea Mar Community Health Centers

Sea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• •Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• •Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste
• •Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal)
• •Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)
• •Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)
• •Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• •Follow all safety and health guidelines

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or GED preferred
• •Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
• •Basic math and reading skills
• •Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)
• •Annual TB test required

Work Environment

• •Indoor and outdoor work
• •Exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals
• •Fast-paced healthcare setting
