What you'll do

Lead the maintenance team to deliver reliable equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program tailored to both old and new factory equipment.

Manage the parts room to ensure it is well-stocked and organized for efficient repairs.

Collaborate closely with engineering, automation, and production managers to align maintenance activities with operational needs.

Monitor maintenance performance and adjust plans to continuously improve equipment reliability.

• You will own the maintenance function at the Hugoton facility, driving operational excellence through data-driven decisions and agile problem-solving. Your success will be measured by equipment uptime, reduced breakdowns, and the effectiveness of the preventative maintenance program. By building a capable team and maintaining organized resources, you will ensure the plant operates efficiently and supports Flora Food Group’s commitment to better food.
