Gerente de Mantenimiento - Alimentos Heinz, C.A.

Resumen del puesto

Alimentos Heinz, C.A. busca un Gerente de Mantenimiento experimentado y altamente motivado para liderar y supervisar todas las actividades de mantenimiento en nuestra planta de producción. El candidato ideal tendrá un sólido conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de mantenimiento, así como una amplia experiencia en la gestión de equipos y proyectos.

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • * Desarrollar e implementar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para asegurar la máxima eficiencia y disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • * Supervisar y dirigir a un equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento para garantizar que se completen todas las tareas de manera oportuna y eficiente.
  • * Gestionar el presupuesto de mantenimiento y controlar los gastos.
  • * Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de mantenimiento y recomendar mejoras a los procesos y equipos.
  • * Implementar y hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
  • * Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la eficiencia de las operaciones.
  • * Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tecnologías y tendencias en mantenimiento.

Cualificaciones del puesto

  • *Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o Industrial.
  • * Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de gestión de mantenimiento.
  • * Sólido conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de mantenimiento, incluyendo TPM y Lean Manufacturing.
  • * Experiencia en la gestión de equipos y proyectos.
  • * Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de liderazgo.
  • * Dominio del idioma inglés (No Limitativo).

Se valorará el conocimiento del idioma inglés y la experiencia en la industria alimentaria.
