Job Summary:

The maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of facility, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

This role involves leading a team of engineers, scheduling maintenance activities, managing budgets and spare-parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

The manager also analyzes equipment performance data to reduce downtime, implement improvement projects, and support overall operational reliability.

What will you do?

• •Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• •Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance of engineers and support staff.
• •Coordinate repairs of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to minimize downtime.
• •Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
• •Manage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, and contractor costs.
• •Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• •Analyze equipment performance and failure trends to recommend improvements or upgrades looking the realibility to reduce the downtime.
• •Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance activities with minimal impact on workflow.

What are we looking for?

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.

Key skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/neumatic systems.

Leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency with CMMS software

Budget planning and cost-control skills

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.

Knowledge of workplace safety standards.

Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.

Project management skills for planning upgrades or improvement initiatives
