Job Description:

*Schedule: 3 pm to 11:30 pm

• •Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, and systems.
• •Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, independently or in collaboration with internal/external trades.
• •Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• •Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements.
• •Requisitions materials and supplies, maintaining inventory to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner

Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions

Able to communicate in English

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

General maintenance skills and willingness to learn new processes or skills

Education:

High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience [Required]
