What You Will Do:

• •Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment
• •Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules
• •Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs
• •Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms
• •Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values
• •Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work

What We Are Looking For:

• •1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
• •Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• •High school diploma or equivalent required
• •HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
• •Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• •Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
