What You’ll Do:

• •Supervise and schedule maintenance staff including housekeepers, painters, groundskeepers, and service technicians
• •Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• •Manage inventory, purchasing, and job estimates
• •Ensure make-ready units and work orders are completed in a timely manner
• •Monitor and manage D&R, supplies, replacements, and capital expenses to budget
• •Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• •Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
• •Step in to support staffing decisions and team supervision when needed
• •Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as required

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• •Prior apartment maintenance supervisor experience is required.
• •HVAC certification is required- Type 2, or EPA Universal.
• •Strong knowledge of general maintenance, construction, and safety practices
• •Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• •Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills
• •Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• •Personal cell phone required for on-call availability

Additional Details:

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices
• •Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
• •A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required

• •This position is full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday schedule and weekends as needed.
