Crystal Creamery is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on equipment reliability, production efficiency, safety, and the development of a skilled maintenance team.

What You'll Do

Lead Maintenance Operations

• •Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• •Coordinate daily assignments, staffing, and maintenance priorities.
• •Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Improve Equipment Reliability

• •Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• •Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs.
• •Identify recurring problems and implement solutions to prevent future breakdowns.
• •Monitor equipment performance and minimize unplanned downtime.

Plan for Success

• •Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and other departments.
• •Prioritize work orders and ensure scheduled maintenance is completed.
• •Manage maintenance parts, tools, contractors, and service providers.
• •Track maintenance performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.

Maintain a Safe Workplace

• •Ensure maintenance work follows applicable safety requirements and company procedures.
• •Reinforce safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding.
• •Maintain accurate maintenance records and support plant inspections and audits.

What We're Looking For

• •At least five years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• •At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• •Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
• •Experience with preventive maintenance planning and maintenance management systems.
• •Ability to lead a team, prioritize work, and communicate effectively across departments.
• •Dairy, food processing, or other food manufacturing experience is a plus.

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but equivalent technical training and hands-on experience may also be considered.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership role requiring regular interaction with production equipment and maintenance personnel. Flexibility to support occasional overtime, weekends, and equipment emergencies may be necessary.
