Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a driven Team Leader for our 2nd shift maintenance team in Fayetteville, TN location to keep our operations running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll lead hands-on repair and preventative maintenance efforts across both electrical and mechanical systems—playing a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); core hours 3:00PM-1:30AM

THE DAY TO DAY...

• •Lead and support assigned maintenance team members during 2nd shift operations
• •Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities to support production needs
• •Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
• •Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant safety
• •Document work orders, PMs, and corrective actions accurately in the CMMS
• •Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures
• •Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• •A minimum of 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience required
• •Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of Industrial equipment
• •Experience with CMMS systems for work orders, PMs, and documentation
• •Proficient in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors
• •Working knowledge of PLC- controlled equipment
• •Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits

WORK ENVIRONMENT...

• •Ability to stand and/or walk for 10+ hours a day
• •Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• •Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs
• •Ability to operate Industrial powered equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and rigging equipment
• •Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
