Key Responsibilities:

• •Independently troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery, laser cutting equipment, welding equipment, and automated systems, within the employee’s training and qualifications.
• •Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including bearings, drives, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and cylinders. Perform precision alignment, adjustments, and component replacement.
• •Troubleshoot industrial electrical components and basic controls using schematics, equipment diagnostics, and PLC input/output information within the employee’s training and authorization. Coordinate advanced repairs with qualified personnel.
• •Complete preventive maintenance and investigate recurring failures to recommend improvements that reduce downtime.
• •Assist with equipment installations, relocations, rebuilds, and modifications, including disassembly, inspection, reassembly, and startup testing.
• •Maintain facility systems and supporting equipment, including compressed air, ventilation, and fume collection systems, and perform routine building repairs.
• •Document maintenance work, identify repair and spare-part needs, and coordinate priorities and equipment status with maintenance leadership and production personnel.
• •Follow established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, verify equipment operation before returning it to production, and provide guidance to Maintenance Technician I employees as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• •Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred; equivalent combinations of training and demonstrated ability will be considered.
• •Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic industrial electrical and control systems.
• •Ability to independently diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs, interpret manuals and schematics, and use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
• •Experience with CNC machinery, laser cutting equipment, welding equipment, or automated manufacturing systems preferred.
• •Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and work safely independently or as part of a team.
• •High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, apprenticeship experience, or related certifications preferred.
• •Ability to perform essential physical duties, including lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 3 years work experience.

· Practice good oral and written communication skills.

· Participate in training events (ie; Lockout/Tagout; HazCom; and overhead crane training)
