Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• •Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
• •Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.
• •Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities.
• •Maintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventory.
• •Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
• •Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• •Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (troubleshooting electrical panels 480 and below).
• •3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• •Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery (heavy equipment including conveyor lines experience is preferred).
• •Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics - great knowledge of safety when working around equipment.
• •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues.
• •Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• •Experience in PLC.
