AAA USA is actively hiring an Maintenance Technician to support a major manufacturing programs at different facilities in Multiple Locations. We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals with backgrounds in industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC/CNC systems, and equipment repair.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, jigs, tools, and industrial equipment to ensure operational readiness and availability.
  • Conduct routine, periodic, and special inspections to identify maintenance and repair requirements and help prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and industrial equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
  • Work with PLC and CNC systems to troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, prints, specifications, maintenance manuals, work orders, and technical instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to perform maintenance and repair activities.
  • Perform disassembly and assembly operations necessary to complete maintenance assignments.
  • Move and position heavy equipment, machinery, and installed property in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform necessary rigging activities.
  • Obtain and deliver materials, parts, tools, and equipment required to support plant maintenance and repair.
  • Enter and retrieve maintenance information through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Order parts required to complete maintenance and repair assignments.
  • Maintain equipment and associated maintenance documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement by implementing maintenance best practices and changes to applicable standards.
  • Maintain work areas in accordance with safety, quality, Clean-As-You-Go, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) requirements.
  • Support production operations while maintaining safety, quality, equipment reliability, and workmanship standards.
  • Must be able and willing to work any shift, including overtime as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2–5 years of industrial or electro-mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical schematics.
  • Experience with PLC and/or CNC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial and automation maintenance.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
  • Knowledge of station safety, quality requirements, OSHA regulations, Clean-As-You-Go, and FOD prevention.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues to others.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to enter, generate, and retrieve information using a computer.
  • SAP and Excel experience preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to work various shifts and overtime as required.
