About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced industrial setting. If you have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in environments where no two days are the same, this could be your perfect fit.

You will play a key role in keeping our machinery running smoothly—improving system efficiency, installing and repairing equipment, and contributing directly to increased productivity. This is a dynamic opportunity for a self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• •Follow all federal and local safety regulations including OSHA and ADA requirements
• •Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime
• •Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues alongside production staff
• •Execute repairs to minimize production downtime
• •Support safe operations by conducting routine safety checks on the production floor
• •Assist in various maintenance-related tasks including plumbing and electrical work as needed
• •Maintain an orderly and clean workspace using 5S and Lean methodologies

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •1+ years of experience maintaining mechanical or industrial equipment (e.g. farm machinery, cars, lawn equipment)
• •Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
• •Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• •Recent participation in structured training or educational programs
• •Positive “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

• •Background in agriculture, automotive repair, or related industries
• •Training or experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• •Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• •Welding and fabrication skills
• •Familiarity with Lean principles and 5S workplace organization
