Maintenance Technician

Description

• •Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating units, thermostats, and ventilation equipment.
• •Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to maximize efficiency and extend equipment life.
• •Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• •Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• •Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including HVAC inspections and repairs.
• •Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.
• •Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• •Replace filters, clean coils, inspect refrigerant levels, and perform seasonal HVAC maintenance.
• •Ensure all repairs comply with local building codes and company policies.
• •Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• •Keep accurate records of completed work orders and preventative maintenance.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• •Provide courteous and professional service to residents and team members.
• •Assist with property inspections and capital improvement projects as assigned.
