Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled maintenance technician to perform essential maintenance and minor repairs on customer vehicles. If you're detail-oriented, motivated, and looking to grow your automotive career, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to detect issues and ensure safety
- Identify and replace worn or faulty components (e.g., brake pads, hoses, belts)
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Document services performed and inspection results accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all dealership safety protocols and service procedures
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical school certification or ASE preferred
- Previous experience as an automotive or lube technician is a plus
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
