The PRC Group is looking for a dependable, skilled, and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Grandville Towers, a high-rise residential community in Red Bank, NJ.

Working alongside our live-in Superintendent, you'll help keep the property running smoothly, respond to resident maintenance requests, and maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment.

What You'll Do

• •Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• •Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests.
• •Conduct routine property inspections and preventive maintenance.
• •Assist with maintaining building equipment, mechanical systems, and common areas.
• •Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the Superintendent.
• •Prepare apartments for new residents, including necessary repairs and improvements.
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• •Participate in a shared on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.

What We're Looking For

• •Previous residential or multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• •Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• •Experience working in a high-rise or large residential building is a plus.
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Superintendent.
• •Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• •Dependable, organized, and attentive to safety.
• •Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule & On-Call Compensation

This is a full-time position that includes participation in a shared on-call rotation with the property's live-in Superintendent.

During assigned on-call periods, employees must remain available to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.

On-Call Compensation:

• •Time-and-a-half pay for after-hours emergency service calls.
• •A minimum of two hours of compensation per call-out, even when the work takes less time.
