Description
As a Maintenance Technician specializing in cleaning and fleet preparation, you will be responsible for ensuring our ground level office containers, company offices, and facilities are clean, presentable, and well-maintained. This position focuses primarily on the interior and exterior cleaning of our rental fleet, including deep cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing units for rental. Responsibilities also include routine cleaning of company offices and other company buildings in the surrounding area. You will also have the opportunity to assist with general maintenance and minor repairs as needed. We offer year-round, full-time employment in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior cleaning of ground-level office containers, including floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, and other surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize units.
- Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other materials left behind by previous customers.
- Perform exterior cleaning of rental units as needed, including washing and removing dirt and buildup.
- Perform routine cleaning of company offices and other company buildings in the surrounding area.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns, or items requiring repair.
- Assist with minor maintenance, repairs, and general fleet preparation as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Work efficiently to ensure rental units and company facilities meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Requirements

- Have the ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Have strong listening skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Have reliable attendance and the ability to report to work on time daily.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Have the willingness to learn and assist with additional maintenance responsibilities as needed.
- Be willing and able to travel between nearby company locations as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements
- No specific education or experience required.
- Willingness to learn and perform hands-on work.
- Valid driver's license is preferred
Extra Points If:
- You have previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or facility maintenance.
- You have experience with deep cleaning or preparing rental units for occupancy.
- You have a background in general maintenance, construction, or carpentry.
