Maintenance Technician II

As a Maintenance Technician II , you will build upon your previous experience and skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our maintenance operations.

***$500 signing bonus paid after 6 months of employment***

You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to:

General/Grounds

Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs.

Plumbing

• •Change shower trim/cartridges and replace toilets, wax rings, and surrounds.
• •Check and report water heater issues.

Electrical

Change outlets and switches, as well as light fixtures and ballasts.

HVAC

Check common area boilers and diagnose furnace/air handler issues.

Client/Company Impact:

• •Contribute to general grounds maintenance and painting tasks.
• •Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• •Utilize technology platforms for work orders and vendor relations.
• •Participate in on-call rotation and assist with vendor relations.

Office Contribution/Leadership

• •Attendance at every All-Company Meetings once a quarter.
• •Active participation in Maintenance Level 10 meetings.

Training Requirements:

Work order management and continued development in maintenance skills.

Requirements

• •3+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• •OSHA 10 and CPO certifications
• •Proficient in maintenance tasks and technology platforms.
• •Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
