Location: Wheatfield Towers - 101 Units, 6849 Plaza Dr., Niagara Falls, NY 14304

Work Type: Part time - 28 hours a week

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days, No evenings or weekends

Pay $ 22.00 an hour

Maintenance Technician (Janitorial Duties)

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (Janitorial Duties) ! In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community by performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, apartment turns, and janitorial services throughout the property.

Responsibilities:

• •Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• •Perform apartment make-ready duties.
• •Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, offices, and grounds.
• •Assist with trash removal, light landscaping, and snow/ice removal (if applicable).
• •Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• •Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• •Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
• •Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
• •Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
