What you will do

• •Handle all drywall repair, patching, and painting in guest suites and common areas, delivering a polished finish that meets hospitality standards
• •Work discreetly and courteously around guests, staying security-conscious on guest floors, in occupied suites, and in back-of-house areas
• •Coordinate with Guest Services when issues affect a guest’s stay
• •Diagnose maintenance issues as they arise and coordinate the appropriate trades when specialized work is needed
• •Assist with furniture moves, delivery and pick-up of special request items, and complete special maintenance and cleaning assignments from the Housekeeping Supervisor or Operations Manager
• •Use all cleaning equipment, products, and materials correctly and safely
• •Report safety hazards, maintenance defects, or other problems to the Operations Manager immediately
• •Travel between multiple sites to complete repairs as needed (personal vehicle required)
• •Uphold Level’s vision statement, mission statement, and core values
• •Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring

• •2+ years of residential or commercial painting experience
• •Maintenance experience in residential or hotel properties
• •Relevant trade or technical certification (an asset)
• •High school diploma
• •Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, service-minded attitude toward guests and co-workers
• •Basic computer skills
• •A high standard of personal hygiene, grooming, and attire (Level polo shirt required at all times; no jeans)

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $65,000
