Maintenance Technician - Thornton, CO

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. What you’ll do:

• •Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• •Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• •Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• •Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.

What we're looking for:

• •Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• •Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• •Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
• •Electrical Systems
• •Plumbing
• •Appliances
• •Flooring
• •Carpentry
• •Heating and air systems
• •Pools

• •Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Superior customer service skills.
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• •Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $$17.05 - 23.07 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
