Maintenance Technician with Mechanical experience with Hydraulic, industrial electrical

• •Be able to read and understand electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs.
• •Possess the skills to electrically and mechanically trouble shoot equipment.
• •Possess the skills to understand and follow directions from his or her supervisor
• •Posse basic computer skills
• •Executing, promoting, and working safely throughout the facility following all Safety Policies
• •Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• •Being aware of all Emergency Exits and knowing procedures for Emergency Evacuation as well as location.
• •Knowing the location of the SDS Safety Data Sheets and how to utilize properly.
• •Knowing not to operate any equipment or perform any work without the proper training and authorization to do complete the task safely. Always following proper LOTO lock out/tag out procedures.
• •Never remove or bypass machine guards and NEVER while the machine is in operation.
• •Being cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment.
• •Reporting all injuries or accidents to the Department Lead or Manager or immediately.
• •Understand and follow plants housekeeping guidelines.
• •Identifying and implementing lean and continuous improvement actions.
• •Performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
• •Understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
