Major Project Technician

KONE Malaysia is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking a Major Project Technician to join our Service Maintenance team in Petaling Jaya . You will work in a small group of Field Service Specialists attending fault calls, completing escalator/elevator repairs, and servicing an allocated maintenance run. What will you be doing?

Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed to ensure accuracy of customer notification.

Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Networking

On-call support and standby availability

Providing service and assistance as needed

Willingness to perform overtime as required

Handling and assisting external visitors, effective communication with all stakeholders.

Manages daily workload with minimal assistance from Supervisor.

Ensure safety at all times.

Are you the one?

Have 2-3 years’ experience in elevator and escalator industry is an advantage. Fresh gradudate are welcome to apply

Have a basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Good customer relationship, service mindset, energetic, experiences in troubleshooting, team player, able to understand and follow instructions.

Willing to travel.

Possesses own transport and valid motorbike license.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Have a basis digital foundation skill to use KONE system and application via mobile phone for work purpose.
