Dasmen Residential is seeking a Punch Technician to join our team!

We are seeking a skilled Punch Technician to join our team and help us ensure that our residential properties are in top condition. As a Punch Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing any issues in our properties. You will work alongside our maintenance team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.

Responsibilities.

- Inspect properties to identify any issues or repairs needed

- Repair and replace any damaged fixtures, appliances, or systems

- Ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard and meet safety regulations

- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work

- Communicate with tenants and property managers to address any concerns or issues

- Work collaboratively with our maintenance team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Punch Technician or similar role

- Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• •A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• •Must be able to lift and work heavy equipment.

Scheduling: The employee is subject to schedule changes and/or overtime as required by the job and his/her supervisor. This may include working weekends, working after the course of normal business hours and at other times as required by the job. The employee is subject to these schedule changes on as little notice as 24 hours.
