Für einen kleinen, regional tätigen Handwerksbetrieb mit aktuell zwei Mitarbeitenden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung im Bereich Maler- und Ausbauarbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Maler- und Lackierarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich
  • Tapezierarbeiten sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Arbeitsflächen
  • Fassadenanstriche und -instandhaltung
  • Einfache Bodenlegerarbeiten
  • Allgemeine handwerkliche Tätigkeiten auf Baustellen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Malerhandwerk ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Motivierte und zuverlässige Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Lernbereitschaft
  • Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit Kunden

Wir bieten:

  • Unbefristete Anstellung
  • Flexible Beschäftigung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (3–5 Tage pro Woche)
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 06:30 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr
  • Regionale Einsätze (überwiegend im näheren Umkreis, gelegentlich auch in Hamburg)
  • Mitarbeit in einem kleinen, kollegialen Team
