  • Die Bezahlung liegt über dem Kollektivvertrag und ist abhängig von Erfahrung, Qualifikationen und Engagement. (Die unten angeführte Entlohnung ist der gültige KV) Das gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Mindestentgelt bezieht sich ausschließlich auf den Brutto-Basiswert der gesetzlichen Normalarbeitszeit. Allfällige Zuschläge darin nicht enthalten und werden zusätzlich abgegolten.
