Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Einzelreparaturen, Versicherungsschäden oder Modernisierungen von Wohnungen im bewohnten und unbewohnten Zustand
  • Selbstständiges Bearbeiten alle relevanten Malertätigkeiten in unseren Wohnobjekten
  • Maler-, Tapezier-, Streich- und Spachtelarbeiten
  • Lackieren von Türen und Heizkörper
  • Begutachtung und Beseitigung von Schimmel
  • Dokumentation der Aufträge sowie die Bestellung von Materialien

  • Ausbildung zum Maler- und Lackierer
  • Erfahrung im Trockenbau und Bodenverlegung
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit mit Fingerspitzengefühl und Sinn für technische Zusammenhänge
  • Kreativität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
