Unser Hausmeisterservice sucht einen erfahrenen Maler/Lackierer (m/w/d) für die Ausführung von Maler- und Lackierarbeiten in unseren Objekten.

Aufgaben:

  • Malen und Tapezieren von Decken und Wänden
  • Streichen von Oberflächen
  • Lackieren von Heizkörpern, Zargen und Türen
  • Vorbereitung von Oberflächen für die Maler- und Lackierarbeiten
  • Anwendung von verschiedenen Maler- und Lackiertechniken und -materialien
  • Ausführung von Maler- und Lackierarbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Handwerkern und Hausmeistern
  • Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung als Maler/Lackierer
  • Kenntnisse in der Ausführung von Maler- und Lackierarbeiten
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und sorgfältig zu arbeiten
  • Gute körperliche Konstitution und Bereitschaft, körperlich anstrengende Arbeiten auszuführen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
